Kyle D. Abel
Kyle is a member of the project management team and has 11 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked in Investor Relations at Denham Capital, a private equity firm focusing on energy and commodities investments, where he assisted with fundraising. Previously, he held fundraising positions at Brookfield Asset Management, a manager of real estate and real asset products, and Bear Sterns Private Funds Group where he focused on project management functions. Prior, he worked on the investment team and assisted with fundraising activities at Wayzata Investment Partners, a private equity manager investing in distressed debt and special situations. He began his career as a sales associate in the Institutional Fixed Income Sales division at KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Kyle received a BA in English from the University of Vermont.

Ajay Ahuja
Ajay is Eaton Partners’ Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, with 21 years of professional experience in managing, accounting, finance, operations, and compliance functions for financial institutions and alternative asset managers. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Sagard Capital, a private equity fund investing in publicly traded small-cap companies. Previously, he has had held financial leadership roles for Singer Partners (recently acquired by William Blair), a start-up global macro hedge fund; Vertical Capital, a structured product and distressed asset manager; and Five Mile Capital Partners, a fixed income hedge fund and private equity firm. In the past, he has also worked within the finance teams at Morgan Stanley and Sempra Commodities (now part of J.P. Morgan) and began his career as a staff member with KPMG.
Ajay received an MBA in Finance and Management from Stern School of Business at New York University and a BBA (Magna Cum Laude) from Baruch College, with a major in Accounting. He is also accredited as a Certified Public Accountant.

Silvia Calvo Alcala
Silvia focuses on European distribution and has over 11 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked at Jefferies Fund Placement Group (formerly Helix), CBRE Investors and Bear Stearns Private Funds Group (formerly Crane Capital) where she played a key role in European origination and distribution. Previously, she worked in leveraged finance at Citigroup. She began her career in Audit at Arthur Andersen in Spain.
Silvia received an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, where she was a Fulbright Scholar and has a BS in Business and Economics from Universidad de Valencia in Spain. She is licensed with the FSA in Europe and is fluent in French, German, Spanish, Italian and English and can speak basic Danish.

Chrystalle H. Anstett, CFA
Chrystalle is part of the project management team and focuses on execution of the firm’s hedge fund/liquid offerings and real assets products. She has over 11 years of financial services experience, nine of which have been spent marketing investment products. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was Senior Investor Relations Associate at QFS Asset Management, a $1.4 billion systematic global macro hedge fund. Previously, she spent a number of years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she focused on institutional and high net worth business development, in addition to fixed income product management. She began her career at Lazard Asset Management in accounting and later joined the institutional marketing group.
Chrystalle received a BS in Economics and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business, where she was a Stern Scholar. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Jingjing Bai
Jingjing is based in the Hong Kong office and manages the firm’s distribution efforts in Asia. She has five years of private equity and foreign direct investment experience and seven years experience in international marketing and project management in the U.S., Japan and China. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked for MediBIC Alliance in Tokyo and Shanghai where she was involved in making investments in various businesses in Greater China. Previously, she was Product Marketing Manager for Dell Corporation in Japan and previously was involved in foreign direct investments and international trading businesses.
Jingjing received a BA in Japanese Literature and Culture from Nanjing University and a Master of Arts in International Relations – MBA Program from International University of Japan. She is a Chinese national fluent in English and Japanese.
Joshua M. Barenbaum
Josh focuses on the distribution of the firm’s private equity, real estate and real assets offerings. He has 11 years of diversified management and investment experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Vice President at Kayne Anderson, where he focused on direct mezzanine investing. Previously, he worked as an Associate at Versa Capital where he completed control investments in corporate distressed situations. Josh also has experience working in investment banking with Merrill Lynch and strategy consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Josh graduated from Yale University with a BA in Political Science, he completed a Fulbright Scholarship in South Korea, and he earned his MBA from Wharton in finance and accounting.
Nicholas A. Barry
Nick focuses on the distribution of the firm’s private equity, real estate and real asset offerings. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Nick worked as a Director of Business Development and Investor Relations for Alden Global Capital where he raised capital globally for hedge fund investments in deep value and distressed securities. Previously, Nick directed the start-up phase of a real estate development project in south Florida. Prior, he worked as a Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales at Cowen and Company, LLC.
Nick received his BA in English and History from the University of Virginia in 1999.

Loren A. Boston
Managing Director
Loren focuses on private equity fundraising at Eaton Partners. He has over 30 years of finance experience and over 12 years of institutional marketing experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Origination for Merrill Lynch’s Private Equity Funds Group, where he was responsible for sourcing high quality leveraged buyout, venture capital and other private equity. Previous positions include Managing Director and Global Head of the Private Equity Fund Group at Citigroup Global Markets, Managing Director at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in New York, Head of Securities Sales for Bankers Trust (which later merged into Deutsche Bank) in Asia, Head of Fixed Income Sales for BZW Asia Limited (the investment banking arm of Barclays Bank plc), Director of Corporate Finance at Allied Signal Inc., and Vice President in Corporate Finance at Merrill Lynch & Co.
Loren received a BBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Iowa, an MA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Averill Harriman Scholar. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses with FINRA.

Sarah Breiner, CFA
Sarah is part of the project management team and focuses on the firm’s origination efforts and execution of the various alternative funds marketed by the firm. She has over 11 years of experience in financial services, including six years marketing investment products. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she spent five years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she served as Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager. In this role, she was responsible for raising assets from institutional, private wealth and third party investors in the firm’s developed and emerging market equities and real estate strategies, totaling over $7.0 billion in assets under management. Previously, she worked at JPMorgan Private Bank as Assistant Portfolio Manager where she focused on portfolio management of the firm’s private client accounts. She began her career as an Intern for the Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Program at JPMorgan Chase after receiving a full college scholarship.
Sarah received a BS in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.
Emma F. Buzzard
Emma provides marketing distribution support. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked at Equitix in the Primary Bidding Team for PFI projects. Previously, she worked at Montague Private Equity and FTI Consulting as an assistant to the Managing Directors.
Emma received a BA (Honours) degree in History of Art from University College London and has passed her FSA Introduction to Securities & Investment exam.

Lourdez E. Castro
Lourdez provides marketing distribution support and has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Upon joining Eaton Partners, Lourdez initially supported IT and was the Benefits Administrator for the firm. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Lourdez worked at National Reinsurance Co. in the human resources department.
Lourdez received an Associates degree in Liberal Arts/Communication from Norwalk Community College and a Certification as a Holistic Health Counselor from IIN in NY. She is also involved with fundraising for Hope in Motion for the Bennett Cancer Center at Stamford Hospital and Team in Training for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Franklyn D. Chang
Partner
Frank focuses on private equity, real assets and real estate distribution with 16 years of institutional investment marketing experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Managing Director at Farrell Marsh & Co., where he focused on originating and distributing a wide variety of alternative investment funds including buyouts, venture capital, international, real estate, mezzanine, special situation and hedge funds/liquid strategies. Previously, he was part of Bank of America’s syndicated finance operations, where he focused on structuring and distributing leveraged loans for middle-market issuers.
Frank received an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a BS in Economics and Finance from Manhattan College. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA and is also licensed with the FSA in Europe.

Nancy Chaw
Nancy provides marketing distribution support and has over 21 years of administrative support experience with multi-national corporations. Prior joining Eaton Partners, she was administrative assistant at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was office manager at Urban Land Capital; Alexander Mann and Stephens Associates, where she provided overall business administration including accounting to financial markets expatriates. She also worked as the business administration executive at Alliance Boots Group for five years, within the retail section on their Healthcare & Beauty unit. Prior, she was involved in international trading businesses and foreign direct investments in China market.
Nancy received a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

W. Michael Crawford
Partner
Michael leads the real estate fundraising team and focuses on several of the private equity and real asset strategies at Eaton Partners. He has over 26 years of experience in alternative investments. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a principal in the Private Capital Markets Group at Robertson Stephens where his industry coverage included public real estate and healthcare companies, specifically raising private equity capital for public REITs and private investments in public equities (PIPES). Previously, he worked as a Vice President, Institutional Equities at Paine Webber. He began his career at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in Boston, where he was responsible for business development of the firm’s real estate consulting and asset management services.
Michael received an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA in English from Brown University. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. Michael is also on the Board of Overseers for the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Alexander R. Cucharale
Alex is an analyst who focuses on supporting project management, industry research and firm initiatives. He has two years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Alex worked as a project manager for the New England Consulting Group.
Alex received a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Christie A. Czernik
Christie is a member of the project management team and focuses on the firm’s origination efforts and execution of the various alternative funds marketed by the firm. She has over six years of experience in financial services, specifically in investor relations for hedge funds. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was an Investor Relations Analyst at Owl Creek Asset Management, a $6 billion opportunistic event driven value hedge fund. Previously, she spent a number of years at J. & W. Seligman & Co. where she assisted in marketing and investor relations efforts for a $2.5 billion portfolio of long/short equity hedge funds. She began her career at News America Marketing.
Christie received an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from New York University Stern School of Business, and a BS in marketing from the University of Connecticut. She also holds Series 7 and 63 license with FINRA.

Jeffrey S. Davis
Partner
Jeff focuses on fund origination, screening, due diligence and packaging various alternative products for distribution. He has 22 years of financial services experience, 12 of which have been spent in the private equity industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity advisor. There, he focused on screening and recommending private equity strategies for institutional clientele. Previously, he worked at GE Equity in new business, underwriting and asset management capacities with regard to GE’s direct venture capital investments. He began his career in 1994 with Bankers Trust in asset management, followed by three years in real estate investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
Jeff received an MBA in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Brandeis University. He also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Alicia M. Drum
Alicia provides marketing distribution support and has two years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was an office manager at Marcus Evans. Previously, she helped run the Children’s Miracle Network program in La Mesa, CA.
Alicia received a BS in Criminal Justice and graduated with honors from San Diego State University.

Samantha M. Durant
Samantha provides marketing distribution support and has two years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked for Yale New Haven Hospital providing technical support to the entire establishment. Previously, she assisted with overseeing operations for a cosmetic business.
Samantha received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising College based in Manhattan NY.

Steven D. Eaton
Steve focuses on the distribution of the firm’s private equity, real estate and real assets offerings. He has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in both the buy-side and the sell-side of the market. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Director at C6 Capital, a Moscow-based investor of renewable energy projects, where he was in charge of business development. Previously, he worked for Montrose Food and Wine in Shanghai, China, Invesco Funds Group and Citigroup Diners Club. He has several years of experience living and working in emerging market countries, namely China, Russia and Ukraine.
Steve graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Economics, and earned a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, where he focused on Energy Policy and Business in Emerging Markets. He holds Series 7, 6, 63 and 106 licenses with FINRA and speaks proficient Mandarin and Russian.

Charles P. Eaton

Founder
Charlie founded Eaton Partners in 1983 and was a pioneer of the “placement agent” concept. Previously, he was in research and institutional sales at Mitchell Hutchins, Morgan Stanley, and H.C. Wainwright & Company, where he was a partner at the time Wainwright was ranked the top institutional research firm in the country. He began his career as an investment research officer at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (predecessor to J. P. Morgan Investment Management).
Charlie graduated from Washington and Jefferson College and received an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. He served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Armor branch. Charlie is a former trustee of Washington and Jefferson College. He has served in several leadership roles with the United Way of Darien, Connecticut, including Director, Vice President and Campaign Chair, and he is a former Director of A Better Chance of Darien.

Jeffrey J. Eaton
Partner
Jeff leads both the business development team and the real assets fundraising team at Eaton Partners. With Jeff’s background in energy, his primary focus at Eaton has been on raising institutional capital for funds focused on energy and other real assets strategies, including infrastructure, agriculture, timber and other inflation-linked strategies. He has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Director at Constellation Energy Commodities Group in their natural gas structuring and trading division where he led principal transactions. Previously, he worked for Montrose International Corporation, an import and distribution company located in Shanghai, China. He began his career as an institutional equity trader with Charles Schwab Capital Markets.
Jeff received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in both Economics and History. While a student at Duke, Jeff graduated cum laude and studied at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA and is also licensed with the FSA in Europe.

Leanne E. Erickson
Leanne focuses on Compliance matters for the firm and manages the CRM database. She has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was an assistant at the law firm of Brody Wilkinson where she coordinated and handled all legal matters that included mergers, corporate employment and pension plans. In addition to her legal background, Leanne previously worked at Walter C. King Associates, providing assistance in financial planning and corporate tax returns.
Leanne received a BS in Office Administration from New Hampshire College. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

C. Ulises Flores
Ulises focuses on fund origination, screening, due diligence and packaging of various alternative products for distribution with an emphasis on real estate and real assets. He has 14 years of financial services and corporate experience, seven of which have been spent in the private equity industry. During his time at Eaton Partners, he has covered primarily real estate, real assets and hedge fund strategies. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked at the Guatemala unit of Tyco Healthcare, a U.S.-based public conglomerate where he oversaw logistic and distribution efforts. He began his career at Grupo Alza in their production and operations units overseeing system implementations and production execution.
Ulises received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, where he graduated with honors and was recipient of the Hitachi Scholarship for Academic Merit. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landivar. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. Ulises also holds Mexican citizenship and is fluent in Spanish and English.
Jenna L. Giacomo
Jenna provides support to the Origination & Project Management Group and has six years experience working in various avenues within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked for The Kenmar Group as an Investor Services Representative and Marketing Associate in Rye Brook, New York. Previously, she spent a number of years at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Client Service Associate in Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career at Herbstreith & Fox providing administrative support for the accounting team.
Jenna is working towards her BA in Communication at the University of Connecticut in Stamford. She is also a volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Shondel A. Gordon
Shondel has ten years of Network Administration and Technical support experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked as a Technical Analyst Recruitsoft (On Demand CRM), Database Analyst and Implementation Manager for new clients at Taleo Corporation. Previously, he worked as a Technical Consultant at JP Morgan Chase. He began his career at EssTel Technologies as a Junior Network Administrator.
Shondel received an ASBA in Business Administration from American Sentinel University, and a CCNA, MCITP, Network+ certifications from Cisco Networking Academy. He is also a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). He is a volunteer and assistant head coach for the Bridgeport jaguars boys soccer team.

Megan L. Holthaus
Megan provides marketing distribution support, and is the receptionist, providing administrative support to the office. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked as a marketing associate for Pirical/Preston Marketing Group. She began her career as a legal patent assistant where she provided support to a team of lawyers.
Megan received a BA in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The University of Connecticut. During her time at The University of Connecticut, she spent six months abroad studying in Australia.

Sean D. Howard
Sean provides marketing distribution support. She has over seven years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked for Cablevision as part of their Government and Public Affairs group. Previously, she has worked as a public relations professional for agencies such as Ruder Finn and Dan Klores Communications, assisting an array of media, sports, and travel industry clients.
Sean received a BS in Television, Radio, and Film Studies from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She has also dabbled in voice work – hosting podcasts, recording radio commercials, and even doing a short stint as a PA announcer for a local sports team.

Melissa J. Iorio
Melissa focuses on the distribution of the firm’s hedge fund offerings. She has 11 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was a Marketing and Investor Relations Associate at FirstMark Capital, a venture capital firm in New York City. Previously, she was a Vice President of Marketing at Harbor Drive Asset Management where she assisted hedge funds and fund of funds in their capital raising efforts and developed strong relationships with various institutional investors. She has also worked at HSBC on the Institutional Fixed Income Sales Desk and at Graham Capital Management on a multi-strategy trading floor.
Melissa received a BS in Business from Saint Michael’s College. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. She was a Division I downhill ski racer and member of the varsity lacrosse team.

Danielle V. Kamargiannakis
Danielle provides hedge fund marketing distribution support with four years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked for Consolidated Contractors Company in Athens, Greece as a plant procurement administrator. Previously, she worked at Hobbs, Inc. as a project estimator and began her career at GVA Williams Commercial Real Estate as a commercial real estate broker and marketing associate.
Danielle received a BA in Corporate and Organizational Studies from The University of Connecticut.

Grace E. Kim
Grace focuses on the distribution and origination of various alternative funds marketed by the firm, particularly its hedge funds/liquid strategies and has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was a Vice President in the Capital Introductions group at Morgan Stanley, where she assisted hedge funds in their capital raising efforts and developed relationships with various institutional investors. She began her career in 1999 with Merrill Lynch, where she spent seven years in investment banking and equity capital markets.
Grace received an AB in Economics from Princeton University. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA. She is also a Director of the Goodwill Industries of New York and Northern New Jersey.

Thomas L. Knechtel
Tom focuses on hedge fund distribution and has nine years of institutional marketing experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Vice President at Channel Capital Group LLC, a joint venture between Guggenheim Partners and Capital Z Investments, raising institutional capital for alternative investment funds. Previously, he worked within Deutsche Bank’s Equity Prime Services division after beginning his career with Citigroup.
Tom received a BA in American Civilization from Middlebury College and was a member of both the varsity football and lacrosse teams. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Olav R. Konig
Olav, a German national, focuses on fundraising in Europe. Prior joining Eaton Partners, he was a Managing Director in the Business Development team at Capital Dynamics, a global alternatives asset manager. Previously, he worked at a London-based venture capital firm Sitka Partners. Prior, he worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London, as a member of the structured and principal finance team and as a lawyer in a variety of positions.
Olav studied Law at Bonn University and Freiburg University, holds an MA in Law and is a qualified German solicitor. He serves as the chairman of the board of the charity Research Against Blindness.

Thomas S. Kreitler
Partner
Tom leads the hedge fund/liquid strategies fundraising team at Eaton Partners. He has over 29 years of institutional marketing and financial markets experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he spent two years at Fairview Partners, raising institutional assets for alternative investment funds. Prior to that, he spent 24 years in institutional fixed income sales most recently at J.P. Morgan where he was a Managing Director and Institutional Sales Manager for liquid debt and derivative products. At Morgan, Tom’s responsibilities included managing a group of fourteen sales professionals and maintaining an institutional client base consisting of insurance companies, banks and asset managers.
Tom received an MBA from Boston College in Finance and a BA in Economics from Colgate University. He holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses with FINRA. He serves on a number of charitable boards including Domus Kids and Operation Hope of Fairfield.

Jessica A. Krone
Jessica is the Human Resource Manager and provides origination and distribution marketing support. She has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was a marketing and sales representative at State Farm Insurance and Financial Services. She began her career at Farmers Insurance Group in sales and customer service.
Jessica holds a MA in English with emphasis in Teaching from University of San Diego and a BA in Communication with emphasis in Marketing from California State University of San Marcos. She also serves as a member for the Society for Human Resources.

Sharon O. Kun
Sharon is the firm’s controller. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial accounting services. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was an AVP at Citi Private Equity Services in New York, where she provided accounting outsourcing services to private equity and broker dealer clients. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Bisys Private Equity, and Dalessio, Miller & Leben, LLP.
Sharon received a BS in Economics and Business & Management at Stony Brook University. She holds a Series 28 license with FINRA.

Julian Kurz
Julian focuses on the origination and execution of alternative funds in Asia. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was an investment banker at Puji Capital, where he worked on structuring and executing domestic and cross-border private placements in Mainland Chinese companies. Previously, he has experience at hedge fund TT International and Citigroup.
Julian received a BA from the London School of Economics. He also studied at the University of Oxford and holds a Certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Peking University.

Chris Lerner
Chris is based in Shanghai where he focuses on the origination and execution of alternative funds in Asia. He has over 14 years of investment banking and direct investment experience with over $10 billion in completed transactions. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Managing Partner for Mercer Street Capital, an independent strategic advisory and investment firm specializing in ‘venture to growth’ capital and cross-border transactions between the U.S. and Asia. He began his career with Citigroup and its predecessor firm, Salomon Smith Barney. He was the firm’s first investment banking expatriate based in Mainland China and helped established the department’s Asia Pacific Financial Institutions Group. Later, he worked on the corporate buy-side in strategic planning and business development, including for The Timberland Company where he completed the first four acquisitions in that company’s history.
Chris received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Tufts University. He also earned a Certificate in Mandarin Chinese from the College of Foreign Languages in Beijing. He holds Series 7, 63, 24 and 79 licenses with FINRA and is also licensed with the FSA in Europe.

David M. Love, CFA

Leading Eaton Partners’ efforts in La Jolla, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, Dave has been involved in the full spectrum of the investment management business for 43 years. During his ten years as an investment analyst and Senior Vice President with H. C. Wainwright & Co., Dave earned a national reputation and was twice named to a first team position on Institutional Investor’s All American Research Team. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was President of Kenmar Institutional Investment Management; President of Marathon Asset Management Co.; Senior Vice President for Atalanta/Sosnoff Capital Corporation; and Executive Vice President of RSF Investment Advisers.
Dave graduated from the University of Michigan with a BBA degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance. He holds Series 7, 3, 24 and 63 licenses with FINRA and is also licensed with the FSA in Europe. He is a competitive triathlete who completed 20 full Ironman triathlons and is a fundraiser for the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Dave is a former member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Employees Retirement Association and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Christopher M. Maduri
Chris focuses on the firm’s private equity, real asset, and real estate fund distribution. He has 13 years of professional management experience and five years of direct private equity and real estate experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Vice President at Triton Pacific Capital, where he provided strategic advisory and private equity placement services to to-tier private equity real estate and infrastructure managers. Previously, he worked for Heitman, where he was responsible for identifying potential investments for programmatic joint ventures, separate account clients and in-house investment funds.
Chris received an MBA from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO and a BS in Economics from the University of Missouri. He is a CPA and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Peter T. Martenson
Partner
Peter focuses on fund distribution, monitoring, client servicing and execution of the various alternative funds marketed by the firm. He has 19 years of diversified management and investment experience, which includes 11 years of direct private equity funds investment experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Managing Director with Macquarie Funds Management, where he led a team of investment professionals structuring, fundraising and investing fund of funds and separate accounts into global PE opportunities. Previously, he was a Director with Pacific Corporate Group, where he advised large and small institutional investors on structuring and investing their private equity programs. He began his career as an Operations Officer in the United States Navy within the surface warfare community.
Peter received an MBA from Yale University in New Haven, CT and a BS in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, RI. He holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses with FINRA.

Joseph P. Scanlon, Jr.
Partner
Joe focuses on hedge fund distribution and marketing to strategic institutional relationships across silos. He has over 34 years of experience in the asset management business, with the last 22 as a Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Director/Director of Marketing and Sales at Ark Asset Management Co, Inc. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a principal at CRT where he formed CRT’s asset management platform, Harbor Drive Asset Management. Previously, he spent six years at Lehman Management Company as Senior Vice President. He began his career in the asset management sector in 1972 where he was Vice President, Director of Sales/Client Servicing in the Institutional Investment Division at
Citibank.
Joe received an MBA and a BS in Economics from St. John’s University. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Danielle M. Spears
Danielle provides marketing distribution support. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was an intern at UC San Diego’s Alumni Affairs Office, PROSPECT Journal of International Affairs and DiscoverSD.com. These organizations helped her to garner a professional interest in business development and fund raising, while actively engaging university alumni, notable scholars, and businesses in the San Diego area.
Danielle received a BA in Communication from the University of California, San Diego.

Andrew M. Symons
Andrew is a member of the project management team and focuses on the firm’s origination efforts and execution of the various alternative funds marketed by the firm. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked in Private Banking at Credit Suisse where he designed and implemented asset allocation recommendations for high net worth individuals and middle market institutions. He began his career in the advertising and marketing field, first for the media agency Initiative and later in sales for U.S. News & World Report.
Andrew received a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University where he was recognized as a Stern Scholar. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses with FINRA and has also passed Levels I and II of the CFA exam.

Julia M. Szlakowski
Julia is a member of the distribution team, focused on raising institutional capital for private equity, real estate and real asset funds. She has 10 years of professional experience primarily in the legal field. Previously at Eaton Partners, she provided marketing and administrative support for the La Jolla office. Most notably, she worked on the registrations for the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, as well as facilitated the expansion of the firm’s presence in Japan. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she assisted on an array of legal matters, including class actions, in both state and federal courts, and collaborated on extensive trial preparations at Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton, an employment and labor law defense firm.
Julia received a BA in Political Science, a BA in Fine Art and an AA in Philosophy from the University of California Davis. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Kathryn Thomas
Kathryn provides marketing distribution and FSA regulatory support. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she attended Law School at City University, London. Previously, she worked as a graduate intern for two senior partners at Bruckmann & Victory LLP, an insurance and reinsurance law firm in New York.
Kathryn received an LLB (Honours) in Law from University of Central Lancashire and is a qualified Barrister.

Robin Tyrangiel
Robin focuses on the origination and execution of alternative funds in Asia. He has six years of investing and private equity experience with $900 million in completed transactions. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was an Associate at Capital Dynamics in New York, a global private equity asset manager. He began his career with Sterling InfoSystems, where he worked on M&A opportunities and joint ventures to build the firm’s international capabilities.
Robin received a BA from Brandeis University, where he also completed his MA in International Economics and Finance. As part of his studies he also attended the London School of Economics and ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. Robin speaks English, German, Mandarin Chinese, French and Hebrew.

Charles S. Vernudachi
Charles focuses on European distribution of the firm’s hedge fund and liquid offerings. He has more than 11 years of institutional marketing experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he worked at Key Asset Management (SEB Group) where he was responsible for the distribution of a variety of alternative funds to European investors. Previously, he was a partner and co-founder of Fairway Capital Partners (UK) LLP, a London based placement agent focused on hedge fund distribution. Prior to founding Fairway, Charles was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs where he spent more than six years in Fixed Income Sales. Charles began his career in Paris in 1998 with Natixis CIB as an analyst on their credit trading desk.
Charles is a CAIA holder and a Chapter Executive of the Paris Chapter. He received a BSc in Economics & Finance from Paris-Dauphine University. He is also licensed with the FSA in Europe.
George A. Webster
George focuses on the distribution of the firm’s private equity, real estate and real asset offerings. He has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, he was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley where he helped originate, structure and execute a variety of capital markets offerings for large and middle-market private equity firms. Previously, he worked for RBC Capital Markets in both the Financial Sponsors and Transportation Investment Banking groups. George began his career as an analyst on the Commercial Markets team with the Royal Bank of Canada’s U.S. division.
George received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BA in both Economics and English from the University of North Carolina. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA.

Lucy Williams
Lucy is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, review and processing of travel/reimbursable expense reports and client billing. She has over 12 years of management experience in the finance, sales and marketing industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked at Revonet, Inc. as the Director of Account Management, Sales and Operations. Previously, she worked as a project manager and as a manager in Sales Administration for companies such as Cronus Partners, LLC and Purdue Pharma, L.P.
Lucy received her BA in Business Management from Curry College. She also studied abroad in Athens, Greece.

Georgina M. Wyatt
Georgina focuses on European distribution and has 14 years of private equity experience, both on the buy-side and sell-side of the industry. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she worked at Jefferies Fund Placement (formerly Helix Associates Ltd) where she was responsible for the distribution and project management of a variety of private equity funds to both European and American investors. Previously, she was an associate at the global investment management firm, Altius Associates, responsible for the coverage of the U.S. buy-out and venture capital market.
Georgina received a BA Hons degree in French Studies from Nottingham University, with distinction in oral French. She is also licensed with the FSA in Europe.

Min Xu
Min provides marketing distribution support and has ten years of human resource management and administration working experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she was a human resource supervisor for a Chinese wire and cable manufacturer. Previously, she was the assistant to the Managing Director and Project Coordinator in garments manufacturing in the Philippines.
Min received an MBA in Human Resource Management from Dong Hua University in Shanghai and a BA in Public Relations from East China Normal University. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
