We work to make your fundraise as timely and smooth as possible. To do this, we put together the right people and the right opportunities to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

We have strong connections with institutional investors, and we understand their investment goals to offer solutions that meet their needs.

Eaton Partners doesn’t stop there – we stay in touch with both parties, by providing status reports and information calls so everyone has the information they need to make the right decision. We take an active and ongoing interest in our clients and their success. Because of our singular focus and independence, you can be sure that your fundraising has our undivided attention.

We always have, and continue to, define this business. Realizing that he had the skills and relationships to do something that others weren’t, our founder, Charlie Eaton, established the template that others followed.

From early successes with Julian Robertson’s Tiger Management, the first hedge fund to raise capital from the institutional market, we have always been at the forefront of the industry. In the 1990s, we were one of the first to capitalize on distressed real estate and a few years later, we recognized China as a major economy and began our work with AIG. We take chances as we are able to see opportunities and are confident in our ability to cut through a competitive and complicated marketplace.

Looking ahead, we continue to capitalize on our flexible business model by looking to new frontiers. We are placement pioneers.

Raising a fund is very much a process, not a transaction. It requires a different set of skills than making deals and managing money.

Calling in placement experts allows you to focus on managing the money, rather than raising it. It gives fund managers more time to do the activities that got them into the business, which more often than not, isn’t marketing the fund and raising capital.

Placement agents develop and hold long-term and valuable relationships with the top institutional investors and are able to create partnerships between these investors and the funds they serve.

Because of this, agents make the fund raising process more efficient, reducing the number of months a fund is in the market.

We believe every fund manager benefits from using a placement agent and keeping their full attention on their investments.
