Turnbridge Capital Partners hit the $400 million hard cap for its first institutional fund focused on the energy industry.
LBO Wire reported in mid-August that the fund was set to surpass its $350 million target .
Limited partners in Turnbridge Capital Partners I LP include Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana .
Turnbridge, with offices in Dallas and Houston, plans to use the fund to invest in energy supply chain companies that provide services to the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors.
The firm’s investments include Allied-Horizontal Wireline Services, a provider of wireline logging and completion services, and ROC Service Co., which installs, maintains, inspects and repairs facilities at well sites.
Eaton Partners, LLC placed the fund. Jones Day provided legal counsel.
