The Secondary Advisory Group provides highly customized solutions to clients managing private equity, real asset, real estate, venture capital and illiquid hedge fund investments. Specifically, the team assists General Partners with strategically managing the sale of limited partnership interests within their existing funds and also raise new primary capital through stapled secondary transactions, fund recapitalizations and fund restructurings. Additionally, the Secondary Advisory Group helps Limited Partners achieve their desired portfolio construction by advising on the purchase or sale of fund interests in the secondary markets.
The team provides valuation work and end-to-end process management and takes the necessary steps to ensure that each client’s needs are met with respect to desired secondary pricing, transaction timeline and confidentiality.
